• 10-piece jersey minimum order requirement, if the minimum quantity isn’t met additional fees will be charged to accommodate your order
• Turnaround time is determined by how quickly we receive the following information from you:
•   1. Approval of art
•   2. Final uniform design approval
•    3. Sizes and player numbers 
•    4. Approval of order by email
•    5. A 75% non-refundable deposit
• All orders are schedule with our standard 3-to-4-week turnaround. 
• We offer two rush programs. 
•    1. Express- 10 business days- $10.00 per jersey upcharge
•    2. Express Plus- 5 business days- $20.00 per jersey upcharge
• All rosters must be submitted with the excel sheet provided by your sales rep.
• Undefeated Sports is not responsible for any misspelled player or team names
• Any late roster additions or changes will be subjected to a $50.00 “Late Roster Fee” and WILL DELAY the turnaround time of your order.
• If any additional customizing is requested after final art approval, there will be a $35 “Art Revision Fee” and additional time added onto the overall turnaround time. 
• We make every attempt to have consistent colors in all of our products. However, when dye and or ink is applied to different materials, the color produced will vary. 
• We make no guarantee that any of the colors of the jerseys, pants, socks, decals, print ink, player name material, and the sublimations ink will match. 
• Please talk to your sales rep to request samples 
• Undefeated Sports is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delays or mishandling by any shipping carrier or by any delays from US Customs.
• Undefeated Sports assumes no liability or responsibility for the use of any of the products they sell. Purchase and use of any of these products is your liability at your own risk.

• We offer full uniform samples, color samples, and stock size run samples 

• Samples are not free and must be returned.

• It is your responsibility to return the samples.

• All samples will be charged to your credit card before samples are sent out.

• All samples are expected back within 5 weeks (35 days) of the date on the sample order.

• Once the samples are sent back you will be refunded, or a credit will be placed on your account that will go toward your order.

• If you choose not to place an order after sending our samples back, you will get refunded the subtotal of the sample order.

• All samples received after 5 weeks (35 days) will be subjected to a 40% restocking fee.

• Any samples that are returned stained or damaged in any way will be subjected to a $50 “Damage Fee”

• Any samples not returned will not be refunded.

• All custom orders require a 75°/o non-refundable deposit before production will start. unless approved special arrangements are made with your sales rep. 

• All orders must be paid in full within 30 days starting once you receive your order, unless approved special arrangements are made with your sales rep. 

• All stock orders must be paid in full for the order to ship, unless approved special arrangements are made with your sales rep. 

• Payment cannot be charged until the order is confirmed.

• We accept credit card payment over the phone, or we accept checks by mail with prior authorization from your sales rep. 

• After the full balance is paid you will receive an invoice receipt within 72 hours.

• Any unpaid balance will be subjected to interest charges, late fees, and or sent to collections.

• All custom orders are not returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

• All stock orders require an RMA # to be returned

• All stock orders are subjected to a 50% restocking fee.

• Shipping cost is not refundable

• We are not responsible for any shipping cost for returned orders

• We offer custom uniform size runs.

• All youth and adult sizes are included.

• Lead time is 3 weeks.

• Made in your approved art.
